Mikaela Ivemark

My name is Mikaela, and I am an integrative psychotherapist specialising in psychosynthesis, as well as a certified breath guide. My approach blends a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - so that healing can happen on multiple levels. Over the years, my professional journey has taken me to various countries, including Germany, Belgium, and England, giving me a deep appreciation for how different cultures and individual backgrounds shape who we are.

My own path has not always been straightforward. Like many, I have faced my own struggles with mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. In 2019, I received an MS diagnosis, which added another layer of personal growth and reflection. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the human capacity for healing and resilience - especially when we are supported in the right way and learn to listen to the wisdom of our body, heart, and soul.

In my work, I am committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I believe in the transformative power of authentic connection, and my goal is to help you find your own path forward, wherever you are in your journey. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, healing, and self-discovery.
